At the Istituto Giordano laboratory in Bellaria, we carried out a fire resistance test on a complex EI 60 timber fire-rated structure, tested in accordance with the European standard UNI-EN 1634.
The structure, consisting of a double-leaf door with glazed fixed side panels and a glazed fixed transom, was designed to achieve 60 minutes of fire resistance.
The result obtained was 70 minutes, exceeding the required performance and achieving additional extended time.
This result further confirms the performance and reliability of our solutions.
