The Gritti Palace is a renowned luxury hotel in Venice, located along the famous Grand Canal in the San Marco district.
It is housed in a historic 15th-century palace, originally a noble residence and, in 1525, the home of Andrea Gritti, the Doge of Venice. In the late 19th century, the building was transformed into a high-class hotel and has since become an icon of Venetian hospitality.
The hotel combines historic architecture and furnishings (decorated frescoes, Venetian floors, period furniture, and artwork) with modern comforts and spectacular canal views. It boasts elegant rooms and suites, renowned restaurants such as the Club del Doge serving Venetian cuisine, refined bars and relaxation spaces, as well as exclusive culinary and cultural experiences.
Sebino Chiusure created REI 60 double-leaf glass doors in Tanganyika walnut with a 40 dB soundproofing for this prestigious hotel. Some doors have decorative strips applied to the glass and others are equipped with a panic handle.
