Villa Saibante Monga, also known as Villa Costanza, is a historic Venetian villa located in San Pietro in Cariano, in the heart of Valpolicella. Built between 1623 and 1629 by the noble Saibante family, it features a distinctive “U”-shaped layout with large porticos and interior spaces richly decorated with frescoes of significant artistic value. Over the centuries, it passed to the Monga family and, in the twentieth century, to a religious institution, always maintaining a strong connection with the local area and community.
Today, the villa is at the center of an important restoration and enhancement project: the building will be transformed into a five-star luxury hotel, combining the historic charm of the residence with modern amenities such as exclusive rooms, a restaurant, and a spa. This initiative aims to restore the villa to its former glory, making it a new reference point for hospitality in Valpolicella.
For this significant project, Sebino Chiusure provided various types of doors, including EI 60 and EI 30 with 41 dB soundproofing, both larch veneered with knots and lacquered in RAL 1013, with frames crafted to form two panels per side. Standard doors were also supplied in larch or lacquered in RAL 1013 with frames shaped to form two panels per side, along with plain lacquered RAL 1013 doors, smooth solid doors, pantographed sliding doors, and flush double-leaf doors, both standard and EI 60, with SA-S200 smoke certification, in larch or lacquered RAL 1013.
