We were in charge of the design, construction and installation of EI 120 homologated wooden fire doors for the prestigious building that hosts the Venice Biennale. The fire doors installed have not altered the original appearance of the spaces and are the faithful reproduction of the previous doors, replaced for needs related to the fire compartmentation.
The EI 120 approved wood fire doors are made of national walnut with two symmetrical opening leaves worked in bas-relief. Three panels per door with frames and panels inside the bas-relief, plus two fixed side panels and a fixed arched transom to follow the development of the existing marbles.
